On August 2nd, 2016, Microsoft started allowing the update of windows 10 with an Anniversary Update. Many changes have been introduced by Microsoft to enhance their operating system.
The update includes improvements to old features and introduces new ones.

Improvements to Microsoft Edge, start menu, Cortana, theme options, Windows Defender, Clean Windows 10 options, Start Menu, Task View, Tablet Mode, The Taskbar, The Lock Screen, Battery Options, Windows Update, Action Center, The Xbox One, and many more.
There are two ways to install the update, either by using windows update or by using the media creation tool.
To install the update using the built-in windows update, click on start (or press the Windows key) and type “check for updates”
Start windows settings, choose Update & Security, and then click on “Check for updates” button.
One of the updates is called “Feature update to Windows 10, version 1607”. Start downloading the update and restart your computer.

When the tool download finished, start the tool by running the downloaded file. The tool will guide you through the installation step by step. It will download the update for you and prompt you to accept the terms and then starts the installation.
